Payment method: PayPal

Payment plans:
Full amount upfront
50-50 (50% upfront and 50% after color sketch)
I will send a PayPal invoice after accepting your commission request. A detailed breakdown of the commission's pricing (.PDF) will be attached to said invoice.
Please finish your payment within 3 days after the invoice is sent.
I will only refund 100% of the commission's total before I start working on it.
No refund once I started working.
No refund on completed commissions.
3. General
Be as clear and detailed as possible in your commission request form. It will save me a lot of time in finishing the commission.
Visual references are required. It would be wonderful if you could provide both visual references and descriptions.
Please put all your visual references in a link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Ensure the link is accessible before sending and the files' names are appropriately labeled.
Clients can only change references before I start working. There will be a surcharge of $50 for changing references mid-way.
If you want to commission multiple artworks simultaneously, please submit different commission requests for each one.
I have the right to turn down your commission requests.
Please be polite and patient!
4. Intellectual Property Rights
I deserve full rights and ownership of all artwork.
Please do not claim that you are the creator of my artwork.
Commissioners must always credit me as the artist using @ya3ji_kim_ or a link to my VGen.
Do not redistribute, reproduce, edit, or remove the watermarks on my artwork if you don't have commercial rights.
Using my artwork for any NFT-related purposes is prohibited under any circumstances.
Using my artwork on AI is strictly prohibited.
5. Turnaround time and updates
2 weeks - 4 months, depending on the commission's workload.
Clients can check in for the commission's progress and updates every 2 weeks.
6. Revision
Commissioners have 3 free revisions in each steps:

From the fourth revision of each step, each revision is $10
No changes can be made once your commission is finished, so please give me the most detailed feedback on the previous steps. If it is compulsory, there will be an additional charge of $40. This charge will be higher depending on your requirements.

Monetized content: Creation and distribution of digital end products shared to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts.
Commercial merchandising:
Creation, re-selling, and distribution of value-add or derivative digital or physical end products made with the commissioned asset.
Creation and distribution of digital and physical content to promote the re-selling of value-add digital or physical end products.
Privacy fee: The artwork will not be published on my social media or portfolio.
Rush fee: Clients can decide a hard deadline (must be 1 week+) and ask for updates whenever they want.
All additional charges are non-refundable.

3. Collage: From $480
• This is the base price. Check out additional charges.
A standard collage illustration includes:
1 Full-shading colored full-body illustration
1 Full-shading colored in any crop (waist-up, full-body, etc.) with or without a background
1 Full-shading colored bust-up
* Note: You can request to add or change anything besides the standard elements. Please keep in mind that there will be additional charges depending on your requests.

Default expressions: Neutral, open-mouth, and three expressions of your request.
Please provide visual references for all expression toggles.
Model art only. Rigging is not included.
Post-finishing revision is free (only for parts that have rigging issues).
