2. Payment
Payment method: PayPal
Currency: USD
Commissions must be paid in full upfront
I will send over a detailed commission quote after accepting your commission request. A PayPal invoice will be sent when the quote gets commissioner's confirmation.
Please finish your payment within 3 days after the invoice is sent.
I will only refund 100% of the commission's total before I start working on it.
No refund once I started working.
No refund on completed commissions.
3. General rules
I have full rights and ownership of all artwork, which includes publishing on my social media and using it in my portfolio (with watermarks).
Please do not claim that you are the creator of my artwork.
Commissioners must always credit me as the artist by using "@ya3ji_kim_" or a link to this website.
Commissioners can check in for the commission's progress and updates every 2 weeks.
Be as clear and detailed as possible in your commission request form. It will save me a lot of time in finishing the commission.
Please put all your visual references in a link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Ensure the link is accessible before sending and the files' names are appropriately labeled.
Commissioners can only change references before I start working. There will be a surcharge of $50 for changing references mid-way.
If you want to commission multiple artworks simultaneously, please submit different commission requests for each one.
I have the right to turn down your commission requests.
Do not redistribute, reproduce, edit or remove my watermarks on my artworks if you don't have commercial rights.
Using my artwork for any NFT related purposes is prohibited under any circumstances.
Please be polite and patient!
4. Revision & Edits
Commissioners have 3 free revisions in each of the following steps:
Draft
Color sketch
From the fourth revision of each step, each revision will have a surcharge of $20
No changes can be made once your commission is finished, so please give me the most detailed feedback on the previous steps. If it is compulsory, there will be a surcharge of $50. This fee will be higher depending on your requirements.

Commercial use: Artwork can be used for digital content. (Ex: Promotional art; Cover art for books, music album, etc. ; Streaming assets; Video graphic)
Merchandise commercial use: Artwork can be used for digital and physical merchandise. (Ex: Standee, postcard, dakimakura, etc.)
Private use: Artwork will not be published on my social media nor used as samples.
Prioritized slot: This can be considered a rushing fee. Commissioners can decide the turnaround time (must be 1 week+) and ask for updates whenever they want.
Reserved waitlist slot: Please let me know as soon as possible if you want to cancel your slot so that I can rearrange my schedule.
All surcharges are non-refundable.

Note
All Live2D models are commercial commissions.
Default expressions: Neutral, open-mouth smile, and one expression based on your choice.
Please provide visual references for all expressions.
Rigging is not included.
Post-finishing revision is free (exclusively for parts that have rigging issues).
It is recommended to contact a rigger before commissioning a model.
